The Creative Power of Anger!

I like anger!

It’s such an amazing creative power fuel to get or stay in motion/motivation,movement. To fill the body with life force, to create boundaries so I can surrender to this life energy.

It took a while for me to allow myself to let this energy flow in me without following the impulse to discharge it in the outside through blaming others or any form of violenence or to use it as a selfdestroying weapon (ending up in depression). Often I would rather collapse out of fear to feel this immense life power. Fear of it’s power to trigger traumatic memories. I would rather freeze.

Now I am finally able to face my anger and experience this pure energy wave in a new way. I surrender to its movement, waking the tigress, letting the body express in movement, making faces, fletching teeth, stomp, kick, scribble scrabble or make a color mess on paper …whatever …

I experience this powerful transformation with wonder in myself. And I observe it in my clients that give themselves permission to express their anger through body movement, how the wave turns into passion, pleasure, lust, power, heat and natural grounding that can now flow into their creative projects.

I’m really grateful that I can tap into enough anger to fuel me. For once all the crap of the past is useful. …

Don’t become a ticking bomb with your unexpressed anger! Learn to channel it to fuel you creatively in a safe space to experience the true life creating power. Channeled Drawing Guidance in Celebration of the 30 Day Video Visibility Challenge Completion

Yeahhhh…. I finished the 30 Day “Vamp Up Your Visibility” Video Challenge completing more than 30 Videos in the past month. I started on March 1st and today is the last day of this challenge. It has been an incredible transformative experience that I like to share about in the next blog article.

For the last video of this series I decided to create a channeled drawing to receive a message/guidance for all my fellow creative spirits who entered this challenge lead by the wonderful Michelle White Hart and everyone watching my videos of course and all who perhaps have the same longing to be seen and heard in a new way to expand their awareness, their self-love, their business etc.

So here in this video you can witness the creative process how I received the Channeled Drawing. And below you’ll find the image of the drawing that you are welcome to safe to your computer as an inspiration and reminder of the channeled messages that you receive from this. You will also find another video below where I give a Reading of the drawing in the way my intuitive guidance was talking to me. Of course this is an individual reading… and I encourage you to look at the drawing and communicate with it yourself to receive the messages that are meant for you as you see what you need to see and that might be different from what I see.

Transformation with Colors – Silver: Deep Cleansing & Communication

In our last “Creative Intelligence” session we were playing with colors setting the intention of intuitively transforming  blocks in our physical, emotional, mental or spiritual bodies. And what I discovered was my attraction to silver. I always like this color as it feels so futuristic – like my soul essence.

Yet tonight I was experiencing its healing qualities. In the Brennan energy healing work the color silver is used to cleanse and purify or cauterize deep wounds especially after doing past life clearings or spiritual surgery… it helps a lot also to clear out microorganisms. And as I was just reviewing Barbara Brennan’s book “Light Emerging” – the color silver also apparently helps to move faster and communicate better.

Now it’s one thing to work with it energetically and another to really experience the color visually… and especially as I was putting layers of colors on top of each other I intuitively kept putting silver layers directly following … I intuitively felt deep cleansing and purging of my wound was needed. And rose color appeared to heal with love and/ or heal my love relations.

And what do you see in the image? – At the end of our “Creative Intelligence” session tonight – I saw these 2 Beings appear on the canvas, overlapping each other and it did seem they are communicating and the bigger one (silver shape in the background) seems to caress or support the blueish flow creature on the left. And it reminded me that in the last days I felt such strong guidance beside me that would talk to me through my heart and in my writing.

I am feeling truly grateful for this amazing manifestation tonight just playing with colors. I can feel a transformation and cleansing into more joy. I feel less sleepy and having more space in my heart. Try the process yourself or join us in one of my workshops aka playdates!
